I worked on Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter 2020 ranges :
・Originals category (~1500 SKUs)
・Action Sports category (~200 SKUs)
・Achieved an average 80%+ acceptance ratio for the managed stores.
・Creation of merchandising boards by store cluster, in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
・ Assortment Plan presentations to internal sales reps (in EN) and external buyers (in JP).
・ Data Analysis of main KPIs (ROS, ST, NS)
